Go to Settings, Apps, pick your app, then Storage and Clear cache. Then restart the device.

Picture keeps dropping

Move to 5GHz Wi-Fi or a network cable, and check your broadband speed. About 25 Mbps is best for 4K.

App not in the Play Store
